Several years ago the stock market was flourishing and new businesses were forming and going public at a frenetic pace.  While we would like to see the return of such days, the prospects do not appear very hopeful.  Accordingly, our firm has seen a rise in collection activity primarily related to past-due business investments and loans.  We have experienced a great deal of success in collecting under these notes and agreements without the need to undertake formal litigation.  Under such circumstances, utilizing our law firm for collections is much more economical than hiring a collection service.
